New Construction Deals Rising in Collin County for 2025 Buyers

Builders throughout the Collin County real estate market are offering more incentives than we’ve seen in recent years. According to new-construction reports and builder marketing updates, rate buy-downs, closing-cost assistance, and upgrade packages are increasingly common. This is especially true in developing areas around Wylie and Allen. While new homes offer modern layouts and energy efficiency, resale properties in established neighborhoods (like Fairview or Lucas) often offer larger lots and mature surroundings. Buyers in the $500K+ range should compare both paths. Builder incentives can lower monthly payments significantly, but resale homes may offer better long-term appreciation based on location and lot size.
